Lapis Lazuli is said to empower and instill confidence. It was used historically as eyeshadow for ancient (and not so ancient!) Egyptian (like Cleopatra). Lapis Lazuli has a long history in human use, but physically and metaphysically, and is associated with the Third Eye Chakra.
